Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies (ANCA) cause vasculitis and necrotizing
crescentic glomerulonephritis (NCGN). Steroids and cytotoxic drugs reduce mortality but can
cause significant adverse events. The proteasome inhibitor bortezomib (BTZ) prevents
